Payson Assisting Displaced Students
A person cannot help but be pierced to the heart at the thought of anyone – child, teenager or family – who is forced to live without shelter or other daily needs. Some are living out in the forest, behind an abandoned building or temporarily in the home of an acquaintance. Many are abandoned teens whose parents just could not afford to provide a home.

Some, unfortunately are neglected or rejected as if they are “throwaway” kids. Whatever the reason, these young people don’t have a regular home in which to live and so they “surf” from one place to another. Yet many of these kids desire to stay in school and graduate.
Payson Assisting Displaced Students is a collaboration of church leaders and caring people from Payson and the Rim Country area.
Our Goals are Simple…

  • Provide homes for students who wish to remain in school
  • Recruit stable families who will provide homes for students
  • Assist displaced families in order to help students complete their education
